Gin and Cucumber Balsamic Cocktail
Featuring: Cucumber Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients:

1.5 oz Gin

1 tsp Cucumber Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 juiced cucumber

3-4 slices Cucumber plus more for garnish

1 tsp Lime juice

3-4 Mint leaves

4-6 oz Tonic Water (dependent on glass size)

1 tsp sugar
Instructions:
Cut a cucumber into circles or horizontally for garnish (your choice)
Lightly muddle mint leaves, cucumber slices and lime juice in a shaker
Juice half of a cucumber with a juicer and separate cucumber juice from solids. reserving the cucumber juice for your cocktail.
Add gin, cucumber balsamic vinegar, juiced cucumber, and sugar in a glass. Shake well and pour over ice.
Top with tonic water and garnish with more mint if desired.
