- Hi Murray, Absolutely, yes. Use the same measurement the recipe calls for. I recommend using half meyer lemon and half plain oil to reach the desired amount, as the flavor is quite strong. The meyer lemon is excellent in blueberry muffins and the blood orange is wonderful in brownies. Happy baking!
