Mixed Green Salad
Featuring: Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar and Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
Ingredients
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce, or mixed lettuces
- ½ pint Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- ¼ c dried cranberries
- ¼ c lightly toasted pecans
- 4 oz crumbled feta or blue cheese
- Dressing: Whisk together:
- 2 Tbsp Seven Barrels Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Seven Barrels Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
