Pomegranate Pecan Salad with Cinnamon Apples
Featuring: Pomegranate Balsamic and Tuscan Herb EVOO
Ingredients:
- 3 cups spinach
- 1 apple
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup pomegranate arils
- 1/4 cup pecan halves
- 2 Tbsp Tuscan Herb Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions:
Chop the spinach
Chop the apple into squares or slices. Top with cinnamon.
Top spinach with cinnamon apples, pomegranate arils, and pecan halves. Drizzle with Tuscan Herb Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar.
