Blueberry Balsamic Sparkling Wine
Ingredients
- 1 glass champagne or sparkling wine (Prosecco or Cava)
- 1 tablespoon Seven Barrels Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar
- Splash of sparkling water
- 4-6 fresh blueberries, for garnish
- Fresh mint, for garnish
- Fresh lemon slices, for garnish
- Lemon twist, for garnish
Instructions
Add a tablespoon of Seven Barrels Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar into a champagne flute, and pour champagne or sparkling wine to fill the glass ¾ full. Add a splash of sparkling water, fresh blueberries, mint leaves and lemon twist for garnish.
Makes 1 cocktail.
