Summer Strawberry Salad with Cucumber Balsamic Dressing
Featuring: Meyer Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Cucumber Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients:

8 oz. mixed greens

1 c. sliced strawberries

1/2 c. blueberries

1/2 c. mandarin oranges

1/2 c. pecans, unsalted

3.5 oz. crumbled goat cheese

2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
-
2 Tbsp. Cucumber White Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 Tbsp. honey
-
1/4 tsp. salt
-
1/8 tsp. pepper
Instructions:
Combine salad ingredients in a large serving bowl.
Combine dressing ingredients in a small jar with a lid. Shake well. Pour over salad immediately before serving.
